  1. really great, especially like the working woman with a child because women working and having children are often seen at odds.

as Sheryl Sandberg Facebook COO says:

In the high-income part of our workforce, the problem, I’m convinced, is that women are dropping out. When a woman starts thinking about having a child, she thinks about making room for that child: ‘how am I going to fit this into everything else I’m doing?’
Women often start thinking about this way earlier, even from the moment they get engaged. From that moment, she doesn’t raise her hand anymore, doesn’t take on the new project, she doesn’t say: ‘Me! I want to do that!’ She leans back.
The problem is that once you have a child at home, your job must be really good to leave that child at home. Your job needs to be challenging, it needs to be rewarding, you need to feel like you’re making a difference. And if two years ago, you stopped looking for new opportunities, you’re going to be bored, because you should have kept your foot on the gas pedal. Keep your foot on the gas pedal, don’t make your decisions too far in advance, particularly decisions you don’t even know you’re making.
